She plans and structures the project with the goal to as effectively as possible solve the challenge the team has been given. She understands that a process is dynamic and see changes as an opportunity to re-create the design process for the better.
FRIDA IN THE TEAM.
By being a supporter so the team can focus on what they are best on, she's facilitates the group; holds team development sessions, check-in and check outs, reflections and wrap-ups. She's very goal oriented but she's but understands that a safe foundation is needed to be a high performance team.

If you would have a conversation with Frida you would talk about psychology, energy or what the reality really is.
If you would do something together you would create a rave with light installations or make illustrations, create patterns and take photos. Maybe you would even go and buy crystals.
